First, take a look at the results: Same style, different services

The main images for the early products on the Qunhe website were too similar, making it difficult for customers to distinguish between specific services. We will first complete unique main images for 23 products, and then add the corresponding images for the corporate email and rapid design products.

As of October 5, 2026, each of the 28 published products reviewed in this verification process has a corresponding main image, and the URLs for the 28 main images are all unique. The images shown at the beginning of this article are a compilation of published works and do not represent case studies from external clients.

How Does Design Support Content?

  • Website Maintenance:Emphasize inspections, anomalies, and ongoing support to help customers quickly understand the purpose of the service.
  • Corporate Email:It uses email and visual design elements to set itself apart from website-building services.
  • Quick Design:When working on specific files such as posters, PowerPoint presentations, and large-format prints, avoid depicting all the computers in the same way.
  • Independent Website:Express development requirements through page and business functionality, ensuring alignment with subsequent maintenance.

How can you keep a set of drawings looking clean and organized?

A consistent light-colored background, distinct blue accents, and balanced white space are used to maintain the independent composition of each service. Images make the services easier to identify, while the headings and body text explain their scope and how to collaborate.

These service diagrams were created with the assistance of AI and have been manually reviewed and adapted. The illustrated interfaces are not actual screenshots of the software’s backend and should not be considered client deliverables or records of actual operations.

What was checked before publication?

  1. Verify that the main image corresponds one-to-one with the product name to avoid duplicates or mismatches.
  2. Check the display of product lists and detail pages, including mobile screen cropping and text readability.
  3. Verify the URLs of publicly available images and the settings for sharing images on social media to minimize instances of old images being referenced after upload.

This artwork is intended for display on the website. For posters, PowerPoint presentations, or large-format prints, the dimensions, content, font licensing, and printing requirements must be confirmed separately; website images should not be considered print-ready files.

Small-Batch Design: How Can You Reuse Your Results?

First, confirm the intended use and dimensions, then create the appropriate version. Visual elements that have already been approved can continue to be used on the website, in presentations, and for promotional materials, reducing the need to repeatedly start from scratch; however, they should still be reviewed separately when used across different media.
